The truth:
As many as they can get for the time you're paying
them for. Anyway, it's not a numbers game, it's a
quality game.
"Can I spend a smaller amount now, and when I start making
a lot of money I'll raise my budget?"

Sure if you want.

More than likely if you start low you'll probably
